The basis of a reliable wooden house is high quality wood.

The main types of wood for the production of glulam: pine, spruce, larch, cedar. Up to 3,000 m3 of lumber is processed monthly, both from its own forest lands and from reliable, verified third-party loggers. Supplies of cedar and larch for our houses are made from Krasnoyarsk, Tomsk region and the north of the Urals. The northern pine is supplied from the Komi Republic, Arkhangelsk, Vologda and Kirov, Nizhny Novgorod regions.

The ZAVDOZ Group of Companies owns several forest sites, with a total estimated cutting area of more than 100,000 m3 of depersonalized roundwood per year. Having our own plots allows us to ensure the stability of supplies to our customers, and for us to control the quality of houses made of glulam already at the earliest stages of production.

Realizing the dreams of our customers about their own wooden houses, we do not forget to deal with the restoration of the forest fund. Every year, our companies plant more than 300 hectares of pine and spruce plantations, compensating for the forest we cut down.
