A European brand with a Russian face
Zavolzhsky DOZ, a manufacturer of laminated timber houses, is one of the few that has a CE certificate — a European certificate of the strictest quality standards with mandatory verification by specialized Czech laboratories, a detailed audit of product quality by the European Commission and the organization of production with constant monitoring at the enterprise.
We have completed several cottage settlements, and represented the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation at the Green Week exhibition in Berlin. Currently, ZAVDOZ is an active exporter to Asian countries, competing with renowned European manufacturers on the international market. In the domestic market, we offer European quality at affordable prices.
Glulam from northern pine
For the construction of premium-class country houses, we use northern pine, a strong and durable rock with a high content of natural resins. This material resists temperature changes better and maintains a stable geometry for decades.
The production uses wood of the first and second type aged 80-120 years. These are selected trunks with a height of 25 meters and a diameter of 30 cm, which are characterized by high density and uniform structure.
We use the lower, most stable part of the barrel and carefully select the raw materials. During the production process, the knots are completely removed on the outer lamellae, so that the timber acquires an impeccable appearance and increased strength.
The result is a premium knotless timber that combines aesthetics, reliability and durability!
Unique knotless technology
The technology of knotless wood came from the production of wooden Euro windows. It is there that increased requirements are applied to the geometric integrity of wood. Complete removal of knots and defects eliminates warping, curvature of the product and creates an ideal appearance and maximum adhesion of the paintwork. We use this technology to produce premium laminated timber houses.
