The task of the design department is to prepare a high-quality package of design works for subsequent construction. All work is carried out at cost (without additional payments and extra charges), so that it is easier for the customer to step over this stage and start the main construction.

1. The basic equipment is a CLASSIC 200(w)*185(H) glulam. A large selection of timber sections: from the smallest to the gigantic size.

3. Cutting of timber on ultra-precise CNC machines, including complex and oblique elements.
4. Complete set of the house kit: dry and glued – beams, pillars, rafter system; T-shaped glued casing box and more.
5. Hardware, spring assemblies and other components in accordance with the project.
6. Delivery of the house kit in special pints.
7. Assembling the wall kit in accordance with the standards.

2. The choice of roofing material depends on the architecture of the house (slope angle, number of complex elements, etc.). Our architects will help you choose the roof brands that are most suitable for their intended purpose and budget.

6. The warranty is up to 50 years.
