The house is made of glulam with a cross section of 210 mm, suitable for permanent residence.
The shape of the plot is small and elongated, so the main emphasis was placed on two points: the exit to the garden and the entrance group. The exterior used pergola structures on the veranda and roof, perfectly combined with the wrought-iron railings on the porch of the cottage.
